My third pair!

Obviously, I have loved this style. Stable, good grip, wide toe box. This year, same size is too tight (narrow) to add my custom orthotics! Trying to break them in slowly, still hoping they’ll stretch a bit

Lacks arch support

I ordered three pair of Keens, With plans to keep two, but after trying them on will return all three pairs. The sole is not what it used to be, and there is virtually no arch support. They were cute and fit well otherwise but don’t provide the support I need and previously got from this brand.

Original Was Better

I loved the Original Kacey and its follow up. The subsequent ones not so much. The quality and styling have changed and I wish you'd bring it back! Also would like to see it return in brown. Please consider returning to original style - was a bit classier; and original design!

I love Keen shoes!

I have been buying Keen shoes for many years. I am on my feet all day at work and they are a lifesaver. I really like slip-ons like these, but it seems you are making fewer and fewer of them. They are not as stylish as they used to be either. I hope you continue making some.

As good as ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally wore out my last pair of these shoes and am as happy with these as the original pair for style, fit,and comfort. I also appreciate that Keen gives back to this country and this planet. Stellar!

i had some Keen winter shoes very much like these many years ago and they were discontinued. I was so thrilled when i saw this shoe. I am unable to wear them because this shoe is cut different and i cant fit the shoe over my instep, the elastic inset were just too small to provide enough space to get the shoe on. My last pair had substaintial elastic gore insets that allowed for movement of the upper shoe. If you dont have a high instep these will be fabulous shoes, they are warm, protective, well made and will last years. 4 stars for the small elastic inset

Sadly, nothing like the original Kaci Winters

I had the original Kaci Winters, with the stitch down the front and the fleece lining. They were wearing out, after many years of constant winter use, so I bought these. Horrible. Not even the same shoe. They're shorter. They have more heel-to-toe drop, a less contoured foot bed, less arch support, no heel cup. The bed is firmer. My feet slide forward in them and my toes slam into the front. They're narrower in the forefoot, although they stretched a bit over time. The material at the heel is stiff and uncomfortable. They no longer have the neoprene and stretch panels that made the shoes hug the ankle softly to keep snow out. The shoes seem stiffer in general. They're not nearly as warm, not warm enough for winter wear. I hate them. I kept them, because I needed a winter shoe, but eventually found a barely-used pair of the originals on eBay, which I will wear for following winters. Keen, this shoe is not even close to the original. If you want to update a style until it is unrecognizable, at least name it something different. You have a loyal following of customers who want the Keen comfort. Why make uncomfortable stuff that looks like what all the other companies are making? These are too expensive to be this bad. Any reviewers who liked them must be new to Keens.

Still waterproof after 2 winters

I love these shoes! I have wide feet and they are comfortable. I’ve worn them every day through two winters in the Pacific Northwet and they still keep my feet warm and dry. The only thing that would make them even better is a heel pull strap since they are a bit snug.

Keen going cheap, no longer my long term favorite

Like many others, I have been a loyal Keen shoe aficionado for many years and worn out a number of their shoes. I ordered these to replace my current well loved and worn out Keen Kaci shoes. The length and fit were fine, but the cheap thin foam insole was a surprise. They offer no support and for a slip on, the shoe must slip on which is hard with a thin cheap insole. (which by the way is also being used in many other Keen models.) so beware. I kept the shoes and put in the very nice leather insole with an arch support from my previous very well loved Keen shoes. Why go cheap????? your product was great and now.... I'm looking for a new shoe to be loyal to.
