If you can find these, get them. They are supremely comfortable, waterproof, and warm! I actually prefer these over my sorels. They are functional and fashionable. Perfect for the PNW as we like wearing office appropriate clothing but feel prepared for a zombie apocalypse. I mean, if I have to run in what I'm wearing, these boots are the ones I'll be wearing. I have worn these during a snowy, frozen New Year's Eve in the Sierra Nevada mountains and felt comfortable. I stood on ice, in snow, on a snowmobile, a trek through the trees when we fell off the snowmobile and my feet were fine.
