Back seam was sewn crooked

I had to return this Salma top because the back seam was sewn crooked. The Great Lake color was a beautiful blue and what I expected from the website pictures. The fabric is a bit stretchy but I think the shirt would have been cut wide enough to not cling. I never tried it on because for what I paid, I would not want a factory defect item.
