Poor customer service/faulty item

I ordered this shirt and it arrived with ink on it, the number 16 was written on it. I emailed customer service to let them know about this and hoped for assistance in an exchange and possibly compensation for shipping at the very least, instead they aren't responding or willing to do anything about the issue.
