    Durable and Warm

    • Fit: Runs large

I bought these boots for my older son when he grew out of the Snowbug style. We have owned these boots for a 2 years and they are worn daily from November to sometimes March or April as my son uses them not only for snowy day hikes but also his daily shoe for school, outings, and more.

I was skeptical at first wit the way they just pull on (the Snowbugs fold over all the way to get the foot in) but they were surprisingly much easier for my son to put on himself. Just pull on and go!

We didn't utilzie the cinch much since we typically put the snow pants or sweat pants right over the boot. This is a great feature though for keeping snow from falling into the top of the boot.

They boots run big but that wasn't an issue because we could use heavier socks and the Velcro feature at the bottom allows you to tighten right at the top part of foot, which prevents slipping. This is great for growing into as well. My son has never had an issue walking in these and they have been great for him keeping his feet down when he walks. The tops are not waterproof but again we have never had an issue of them getting soaked through.

They have held up for 2 winters (10 months approximately) and will be passed down to his little brother for more winter use this year. This is a great boot if you have an active child who loves to be outside all the time.

    Nephew loves these!

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
    • Fit: Runs large

I bought these for my nephew who lives to play in the snow. They fit a little large but there is room to grow. No complaints of cold feet after hours of play in the snow.

    Awesome boots

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: Runs large

These boots are great and I can tell they will last for awhile. Sizing is good. Maybe a little big, but just enough there's a little room to grow.

    On to the next kid

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size

I just passed these boots along to my second son. My older boy loved these boots and they have held up wonderfully. It is very nice that they are so easy to pull on and off with minimal fussy'ness. He never complained about his feet being cold or wet. I know the uppers are not waterproof, I sprayed his with a waterproofing spray. But let's be real, these are snow boots, not rubber rain boots. I never found a situation where they would wet out. So if that is a worry, fo' get about it! Not an issue. So, I'll recap. Easy on and off (that fact alone should sell most parents.) Warm. Oh! and light weight. Your child can where them all day without feeling like they have had ankle weights on.

    Great Boots

My son has worn these for more years than i can remember. Stays out playing in snow and never gets wet or cold feet. He is now in the largest size- Don't know what i'll do next year! My girls also love same boots.

    Great investment

These boots cost a bit more than I wanted to spend, but are worth every penny. We got them for our four-year-old twin boys. It's been a snowy winter so far and these boots let them romp around in snowdrifts and slosh through puddles and go sledding without ever getting cold or wet. They are comfortable, with soft inner liners, and easy to get on and off. They have nifty pulls at the top to keep snow from getting in. And they get lots of compliments--NICE BOOTS! my friends keep saying.

I am looking for a totally waterproof boot-upper and lower. Can you recommend. It's no fun walking through 10 inches of snow to school and then having your feet soaking wet.
