    Worth every penny!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size

I purchased these great fitting sunglasses for casual wear with fishing/boating in mind for additional use. I have fairly high cheekbones and am not bothered by the frame sitting on my cheeks. They give good coverage on sides and I don't notice any glare from back lighting. The polarized lenses are great for fishing and offer incredible clarity. Love them!

    LOVE these sunglasses

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size

These sunglasses have the best lenses I have every had! The clarity is insane, even compared to other brands like Smith and Oakley. The fit is great, nice and snug to the face. I purchased them for casual wearing but end up using them for running and biking because of the lenses and fit.

    Great Coverage

I love these shades since when you are wearing them you don't see the frames in your peripheral vision. They are well polarized and look great. Probably best for people with larger faces/heads. My petite friend tried them on and they did not work for her at all.

      Great Shades

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
      • Fit: True to size

These are nice sunnies and look great on. I tend to beat them up and they seem to be holding up very well. They offer good coverage, and stay put pretty well. Although they are not a sport model, I have worn them out on a few bike rides with no issues.

      Not worth the money

Until the hardcoating went bad, I literally "bought" into the hype that the lenses were great etc... They are simply hard resin, not the best material, and I didn't appreciate having to pay the freight to have them replaced. I realized the Georgia frame is one of Kaenon's cheapest to make and I don't see how other comparable brands cost $100 less and hold up better. This is my second and last pair.

        awesome coverage

        • Familiarity: I've used it several times

These lenses are great! No squinting through your sunnies in these--they really cover and cut the glare. I have a narrow face and it's always hard to find a pair of sunnies that won't slip or look too big, but these are perfect - almost tight. So,definitely avoid if you have a larger face. Only complaint is that the lenses get smudged really easily, much more so than my Spy's or Smith's.

Recently on steepandcheap as a total steal. Had to get another pair (white), which wrap around so nicely, I actually wear them riding. Alywas get compliments whenever wearing the white or the tobacco olive.

        oh georgia ...

i have two pairs of these glasses; the grey lens and the orange lens and i love them both. if i travel and forget to pack them i have anxiety because they are the only glasses that make my eyes happy. they are a little bit big but i don't care because they feel sooooo good!

Boy oh boy, are these sunnies great!

I mean, these are serious sunglasses. I have been wearing Oakley for the past ten years and was happy. I am a watersports woman and need some good quality lenses. So imaginary my surprise putting these on, the polarized lenses are just SO much more superior to Oakley glasses. I will never wear anything else. I bought the green frame and they look stylish too. Thumbs up for those!

                Favorite Shades!

This is my favorite pair of sunglasses! They look great for everyday and have a pretty good sport fit. I wear them skiing, kayaking, and mtn biking. They are super comfortable! I love the rose colored lens. It makes everything look just a little bit brighter. The fit is good for people with a larger face.

I agree with Jess - they are the best and fit great but I don't agree that you need to have a larger face. They are a full size lens but I have a small face and I LOVE the fit and the look. I'd say these glasses would fit 9 out of 10 women that would try them on!!! Give them a try, they are the best lenses out there! Well worth the investment!!!

I agree. I am quite petite and have a small face, but with the current style of oversized glasses, the Georgia frame looks great on me (so I think.... Maybe no one has told me that I look like a bug yet ... ;-) )

                  Best Sunglasses I've Owned!!

Love love love these sunglasses! I have tried more sunglass styles, brands, etc than I could ever count (Oakley, Smith...) and this is literally the first pair that fits me. I always have issues with the temple length and either the glasses sit on my ears and then don't rest flush on my nose or the other way around. So just finding a pair that fits was a great feat, but these Kaenon's are amazing in every other way! The other reviewers have all raved about the optics and I couldn't agree more. They are unlike anything I have worn before. My eyes are very sensitive to sunlight so I needed a pair I could wear on those overcast or snowy but bright days and these are perfect. The don't make everything dark, they just cut the glare (guess that's what polarized glasses are supposed to do!). And on top of everything else, they are stylish too, an added bonus. Tried a couple other styles but they were all way to large. These are perfect, slightly oversized, wraparound. Never thought I would spend so much on sunglasses but these are worth every penny!

Made my Oakleys look like child's play

These are amazing. Never thought I'd pay ~$200 on sunglasses, but I guess that's around the same price for a good pair of glasses (for those of us who are near-sighted). These things made my Oakleys look like child's play, for two reasons. (1) While my Oakleys (non-polarized) just made things look darker/gray-er, these Kaenons (gray lens) made things look darker yet somehow still bright. It's odd how the Kaenon gray lens still looked copper-ish compared to the Oakley gray lenses. The Kaenon therefore had better contrast. (2) As everybody else said, Kaenons have superior lens clarity. After I got used to my Kaenon, looking through my Oakley felt like looking out of a dirty windshield. Had to give up my Oakley shades, now just wear Kaenon Georgia. As for look, it's really personal preference. The Georgia is larger (lenses and temple width) than the Porter and it has a lot of attitude.

I could not agree more! These make Smith and Oakley both look like kids glasses... Too bad that so many people still think that those brands are so great - they have no idea what they are missing!!! These fit better, last longer and optically are incomparable.

                        AMAZING FIT AND OPTICS!!!

Kaenon lenses are the BEST LENSES available!!!
If you have ever worn glass lenses you know what good optics should LOOK like, but if you are used to wearing polycarbonate (what Smith, Oakley, Maui and others use) then you have NO idea how good it really can be!!! These lenses blow the competition away and you will never want to wear anything else! And the Georgia style... AMAZING FIT. I love these glasses and could not live with out them!

                          Stop searching...

My first pair went MIA and I waited about 2 months searching for a new pair of sunglasses. Everything I tried on did not compare to my Kaenons, I finally conceded and bought a second pair. I will never go another day with out these glasses.

                            Loving my kaenon georgias!

I am behind the wheel all day in my sales job. Usually I am all about fashion---- sporting my Tom Ford's. I was looking for some polarized sunglasses that would wrap around my face when I am behind the wheel so afternoon sun would not filter in like it does when I wear my Tom Fords. I thought it was impossible to find function and fashion in one pair of glasses. I no longer feel this way since ordering my Georgia's. They are very face flattering and fashionable, but also are very comfortable and keep the sun off your face! Only wish was that the green pair I ordered was a bit more green...looks more like dark gray when worn on the face.
