The K2 Mindbender 130 Alpine Touring Boot is a burly backcountry boot built for freeriding mountains as big as your dreams. K2's stiffest 130 flex combined with a narrow last provide that precise performance you need to make those dream lines come true. There's no chute too narrow, no couloir too steep, nor apron too exposed for this boot to ride. For comfort, K2 added a PowerFit Pro Tour liner with thermo-moldable paneling to provide a comfier fit. K2 also added a Powerlock Spyne walk mode latch that initiates a wide walking range for easy hiking, and Gripwalk rubber ensures traction when you're hiking.

Bend Minds, Bend Lines

Had the opportunity to ski this boot for a few weeks last season and all I can say is that if you are looking for a hard charging, while still mobile touring boot that can also be skied in-bounds with ease - these boots are fantastic. This boot is strong and stable - giving you good stiffness at "130" - i'd say it's a truer 130 for the touring boot category, but not quite as stiff as a 130 in an alpine equivalent. It's comfortable - probably best in class for these boot types - really nice feel out of the box that did not wear down with use. Solid 4 buckle design that gives you the confidence to charge. The cam strap for the cuff strap is extremely burly and gives you that extra tension. Pair these with a Duke PT, Shift, Guardian, Baron, or Kingpin Binding and you've got yourself a quiver killer. I skied them with a K2 Mindbender 116 and Shifts and I felt like a hero,
