Skydome Snowtiger Photochromic Goggles
A wide and clear field of vision in the backcountry is important for two reasons. One, you need to be constantly aware of existing hazards, and two, you didn't work that hard getting all the way on top of remote summits to not enjoy the view. With the Julbo Skydome Snowtiger Photocromic Goggles your vision will always be at top quality as you ride far out of bounds, so you can stay at the top of your game and ready for anything. The spherical lens with a minimalist frame allows you to see more up and down the hill, so it'll be easier to keep your backcountry partners within sight, while the photochromic Reactiv lens technology adjusts to changes in light conditions to ensure that no matter what Mother Nature is up to you'll be able to safely navigate mountain terrain. These goggles also have a super lightweight construction, weighing in at less than five ounces and adding hardly any weight to your backcountry kit. They're also built with a design that promotes constant airflow, which, along with the soft face foam and anatomic frame will make them comfortable to wear even when you forget the sunglasses at home and have to rock your goggles on the way up.

Hands down the best snowboard goggles I've ever used. Only need a single pair for ALL types of conditions, from bluebird days to super foggy flat light, low visibility days. I have tried all the top performing models from Anon M4 to Oakley Airbrake XL, and I thought the lens quality of the ones that are for specific light visibility would perform higher, but i was so wrong. Technically speaking this is the highest performing lens you can use because even on bluebird days there are sometimes shadows or dark spots, and these goggles adjust within under 20s to give you a customized visibility according to the lighting.

Is it possible to buy replacement lenses for these goggles? Thank you, Jake

I was curious what the "REACTIV" level was for the fire lens (I.E 1-3 performance, 2-4 all around). Also do you know the VLT for the fire lens option? Thanks

Hi Matty! REACTIV refers to the lens tech that Julbo integrates for UV protection and definition on the slopes! Most goggle brands will have a similar technology with their higher end goggles.
