- Q & A
When the photographer wants to have fun shades.
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Bought these because they were on sale... and they kick ass! Comfy , stay solid on the face and look good.
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
I went for the obnoxious orange for fun. And they are definitely fun!
Also functional. They actually stay on my face, head, or hat and don't end up in the dirt (or.... the truck stop bathroom floor, gross!) like so many other sunnies that just fall off.
As a photographer who is frequently checking the screen on the back of my camera, I was also looking for a non-polarized lens that is still great at cutting the glare, and spectron 3 is great for that.
I took them for a test spin backpacking in the desert last week. Super happy so far!
Bright and bold
- Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
Got these as a fun gift. The color is bold and vivid as pictured.
Casual to Active
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I'm notorious for losing pairs all the time, so this time around I didn't want to spend the 100+ on another pair of Oakleys or Smiths - should've been buying these a long time ago. I love the old school style, along with the piece that goes behind my ears. I've biked with these and they're great in the water as well! Plus, customer service at Julbo is Kickass :)
Are these polarized? 100% UV/IV?
Are the lenses mirrored?
