Clear vision from the first to last mile.
When your ultra run starts in the early morning light and ends once the sun starts to set, rely on the Julbo Aero Sunglasses with Spectron 3 CF lenses to keep your vision clear throughout the day. The Aero was designed with input from world-class ultrarunners and weighs just under an ounce (26g) per pair, and is fully padded at the nose and temple to deliver a comfortable fit and feel for the entirety of your race. Fogging is always a threat during endurance races, so Julbo put vents between the top of the lenses and frame to keep a constant supply of air passing through the lenses. The frame also allows for optimum ventilation with a design that enables air to circulate along the bottom, top, and sides of the lenses, leaving your vision free of fog, even as you push it to the top of a long and grueling climb. This version of the Aero comes with Julbo's Spectron 3 CF lenses, making them a solid, all-purpose pair of shades for high output activities like running and mountain biking.

Not for Small Faces
- Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
I bought a pair of these to use for XC skiing. I have a smaller face, and these were just too big. I have heard great things about these glasses, so I really wanted to love them. I felt like the quality and lenses were pretty good for the money.
However, I think the lenses would have been too light for using while XC skiing, and I would prefer something with a darker tint. I bought these in translucide grey/blue spectron 3f smoke. Maybe a different lens color would have been darker.
If you have a normal-size to larger face and are looking for some *relatively* inexpensive glasses, then I would recommend these.
Great lenses, comfortable fit
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
These are currently my only pair of sunglasses, so I wear them daily to and from the office, and also out hiking, climbing, and skiing. After 5 months of constant use, they are still in great shape, with only minor scratches on the lenses. The clarity is top notch, with enough darkening to use them for multi-day trips in bluebird alpine conditions. The frame is comfortable, especially with the rubber portions near the ears and nose. Additionally, the front venting really works- I have been unable to fog them up even when skinning uphill while wearing a helmet, or road running. I would definitely recommend these sunglasses
- Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
Gave these as a gift and the recipient loves them. He wears them skiing often and has reported great visibility and breathability - the vents built into the design are a huge win for keeping vision clear all day.
