For chicks who seriously shred.
A souped-up sports car in snowboard form, the Jones Women's Flagship Snowboard was built for ladies who shred the steepest faces and deepest pow with speed and confidence. With top-shelf features and a freeride-oriented design, the Flagship is here to help you take down lines from the Wasatch backcountry to heli-access Alaskan peaks.
Its big-mountain prowess starts with the Directional Rocker profile. Camber underfoot helps you power through turns in variable terrain and maintain edge hold in no-fall zones, while rocker at the tips (more at the nose, less at the tail) keeps you afloat in the fresh stuff. Taking things a step further, Jones added Spoon 3.0 technology, which is a subtle 3D-contoured shape at the tips that enhances float and speed in powder while adding a forgiving feel on packed snow.
Power V basalt stringers channel energy out to the contact points for lightning-quick response and powerful edge hold, and they also help reduce chatter when bombing through choppy snow. Flax fibers further enhance dampening while adding sustainable material to the equation. And for added confidence in steep, high-consequence terrain, Jones equipped the Flagship with Mellow Magne-Traction edges to help you maintain grip when conditions are less than optimal.

For the Lady that wants a hard charger
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Yup, I'm a dude posting a review on a women's snowboard! But with the Women's Flagship being based on the Men's Flagship, I'm here to provide some info Keep in mind the flex will be a little less stiff than the Men's to accommodate for the flex pattern that is better suited with the weight range of Women.
This is the high performance Cadillac of the snowboard world. I've ridden this a bunch and just love how it handles in all conditions. If I was only able to own one snowboard, this would be the board (keep in mind I'm not a park guy, so the stiffer flex pattern is perfect for me). Plus the waist on this board is just a bit narrower than most other boards out there in this category, which is nice since it makes it a bit more nimble from edge to edge.
