Light and big and not sticky

Needed a replacement for an older 8in skillet. This Jet Boil 10in Fry Pan was wider and lighter! It was purchased so we could do bacon and eggs. It also worked great for our evening meals. Liked the collapsible handles. Fit nicely in the top of my pack.

Perfect

I love this pan. With the Mighty Mo stove, you do NOT need the pot support. If balanced correctly, it is supported just fine by the Mighty Mo fold out arms. Non stick coating works, clean up is quick and painless. The smaller Flux-ring pan sucks without a non-stick coating. I’m going to try and return the small fry pan, but definitely keeping the 10 inch JB fry pan.

Bought this pretty quick when my other fry pan died on me....it's the perfect size and let's talk about how easy it is to clean....the nonstick is money!

Nonstick!

This pan survived a hectic camping season and kept the nonstick. Cook with it wipe it out with a damp cloth and dry. Simply amazing! If you have room for this in your pack, take it. Yeah, its not dishwasher safe, but you don't need one with this pan. 30 seconds and it s clean.

This has been an excellent pan for cooking while car camping. It is easy to clean and can cook plenty of food for you and some friends. With this I use the Snow Peak Spatula.

Must Have
- Familiarity:

Bought this to go along with the Genesis and I couldn't be happier. It easily fits into the stove's carrying case and is perfect for cooking pretty much anything I want when camping. I've fried fish, cooked chicken breast, sauteed veggies, made bacon/eggs, pancakes, etc. This is my go to cooking pan now and I recommend everyone gets one! Non stick coating has so far lived up to its name. Only have been using a little bit of butter for things like fish or pancakes and they're coming off the pan without a problem. For how big this is, I was surprised by the weight. Not ultra light, but still not as a heavy as I thought.

Frypan rocks!

I saw this on sale at REI and passed it by. Then went back, then walked on. Then went back and saw a woman looking at it so I talked, flirted and she took the pan. A bit later the pan was back on the shelf so I got it on a lark. I am an add-water-eat kind of guy so love the Jetboil but decided to try out the frypan. First, at 8 inches, it fits through my kayak hatch and rests vertically against my bulkhead saving valuable space. And with the purchase of the Jetboil MiniMo, I can actually cook. A fried egg and toasted bagel is easy with the Frypan and impossible with any microstove lid/frypan. Plus I can heat last night's leftovers for breakfast. My only complaint is that Jetboil gives you a protective base cover but no lid.. so I made one from an old ice cream container lid with holes punched as a drain. Plus the 'lid' is another cutting board. The Frypan and MiniMo are now staples in my kit.
