    Ultralight carrying companion.

The Jansport Sinder 15 Backpack brings minimalist storage into your daily routine and fast-paced hikes. Weighing just over six ounces, the Sinder 15 won't slow you down when you're pushing for the summit of your favorite peak. The pack's cinch-top closure sports a locking pull for securing extra layers, small electronics, point-and-shoot cameras, and trail snacks inside. Breathable mesh shoulder straps secure the pack without the perspiration build-up of thicker, bulkier straps. There's also an extended daisy chain for conveniently clipping gear.

    • Roomy main compartment
    • Bottom cord pocket

    Good day pack for backpacking.

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I used this backpack inside my large overnight pack to hold my water bladder then used it for short day hikes. It worked fine with a water bladder and lightweight jacket but straps have no padding so I wouldn't recommend carrying much more than that. The cord lock broke off and got lost the first time I used it, Jansport would probably cover it but I had an extra so I just fixed it myself. Bag is very lightweight and worked good for what I bought it for.

One of the photos show a chest strap but mine didn't come with one.
