    My wife recently started running again and has been wanting a pair of Bluetooth headphones for some time. I got her these for christmas and she loves them. She isn't too picky when it comes to this kind of stuff, so if it works, it is great!

    Issues after 1 month

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

    At first I really liked these. They fit great and sound quality is good. After less than 1 month owning these I have an issue where it appears that they either won't charge or simply won't turn on. They also generally have a much better range from the source than previous bluetooth headphones I've had. A quick internet search shows that this appears to be a very common issue. Shame on me for not checking first. I've contacted Jabra support and I guess we'll see what the final result is. Based on reviews it sounds like their support is great but the issue is recurring.

    Just a follow up Jabra is warrantying these however the process was not smooth. The first reply was to tell me to try to connect the product to a different charging source and use a different micro USB cable. I informed them that I had tried that and they then sent me a warranty form to fill out and required a receipt to be attached. I filled out the form and attached my order confirmation email from Backcountry. They then replied that they don't accept email as a receipt or proof of purchase. I then responded with a screen shot of my account showing the purchase. Mind you this screen shot did not have or display any of my personal information and this was somehow acceptable to Jabra. Following this, I received an email that they were sending a replacement pair. They did not ask me to send back the originals at all. The new pair shipped today as well. While all in all it was fast, I feel like I got the runaround. Also, there was never any sort of apology offered for a bad experience with their product. Just not a great customer service experience.
