Fulfill a summer of dream rides.
You've spent the winter drawing up a bucket-list of sorts packed with trails you want to tackle this summer, but before you charge in head-first, make sure your kit is up to the task. A good place to start is with the Ion Traze Bike Short for Women. These trail-ready shorts are designed to support you on all-day expeditions, or quick out-and-back's at the local trail network, thanks to their stretchy polyester construction that moves with you when you're out of the saddle mashing on the pedals. When those dream-rides come at the price of a hefty climb, you'll be glad to find Ion's vent structure, creating a mesh-like feel on the fabric, allowing air to permeate when the temperatures are nearing triple-digits, so you can stay as cool as comfortable. All-day rides can be rough on gear, so the shorts are equipped with a gusseted crotch that makes for easier fore-and-aft movement, while standing up to rough saddles.

- Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
I love these shorts. Not too long and not too short. I would recommend sizing down as they run a little large. The zippered pocket is nice to hold gu shots.
These are so freaking comfortable! They fit really well, not too baggy and not too tight. I definitely recommend these, and this brand! They are high quality, so if you shred every day these are a great purchase. I am 5'4", 115 pounds, and the small is a good fit.
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
I love these. It is hard for me to find mtb shorts that fit and look the way I want, but these are awesome. The fabric is light, breathable, and has some stretch, so they are really comfortable. And the fit is roomy without being boxy (on my athletic build at least) don't poof out in the butt. Length hits me right above the knee.
