- Q & A
Soft, Flexible, Comfortable
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Fit: True to size
- Size Bought: Medium
- Height: 5'11"
- Weight: 205lbs
I have worn Icebreaker shirts for work regularly for about 5 years now. This shirt carries on an excellent fit and finish with a flexible and comfortable shirt that I have come to expect. The shirt is incredibly soft and even in the heat of mid-day Georgia it remains cool. I continue to purchase merino products despite my efforts to find other, compatible fabrics. It fits slightly tight on my physique but Icebreaker continues to make their fits flattering. Size up for more room, true to size for for a fitted, more flattering look.
Great work polo
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
- Fit: Runs large
- Size Bought: M
- Height: 5'9"
- Weight: 168lbs
I bought this shirt for work as I am required to wear a collared shirt when working in the field and meeting clients and this has been the best item I have bought other than my Nike work boots. It's been a hot summer and I have worn this consistently and as merino products do, it does not build up smell. Infact, I have worn this on consecutive days and it does not stink. Worth the extra cost vs. the cheap mixed poly polos I have bought and worn in previous years. Go the extra mile and grab this merino polo.
As for fit, I typically wear medium and the medium I bought was failry true to size although I am curious to possibly try a size small. It may run a touch bigger than what you may normally expect.
