Solid Merino Sock

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

Very soft sock, great cushioning on the bottom of the socks, really helps when spending the whole day on my feet. Doesn't fit as tightly as the darn toughs I have, but that's not a deal breaker and something I am interested to see how it works out the more I wear them. They seem to be holding up well so far, going to use it a few more times before considering whether to purchase anymore.

You'll wear a hole through them

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I've purchased many pairs of merino socks over the years and Icebreaker continue to wear through faster than any others. I mean I like cool feet, but ventilation holes aren't my bag. These socks specifically wore through super fast. I go with DT every time these days for my merino sock needs, both for running and work.

Great sock, lots of cushion

Familiarity:
I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

Bought these for a friend, he had this to say: Comfortable sock, typical Icebreaker quality. They are a bit heavier on cushion underfoot than I prefer, especially during hotter runs. Thicker pad runs under entire foot, not just in heel/toe areas. I tend to use these more for longer trail runs and hikes, when the temps are down a bit and the extra padding is an asset after a few miles. Medium fits my size 10 feet perfectly.

Really like these socks!

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I find that these socks are very comfortable and have been great to wear in some warmer and cooler weather conditions. The size M fits well on my 9.5 size feet. Cushioning is nice under foot to help push for another mile and they breath well so I don't have sweaty feet.

The only socks I buy now.

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I have been looking for a good all around wool sock that will keep my stinky feet from... stinking. And these do the trick! I have taken them hiking, to work, on runs, to weddings... I've done it all. And while wool is a bit warm for Florida summers, I manage well, and so do the socks.

Great Multi-use Sock

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I've used a ton of Merino wool based socks for years now and the Icebreaker Multisport Cushion Micro Socks are one of the best options out there so far for me. I usually run into an issue where the merino blend is either too soft and it isn't durable enough or it is durable but too stiff. The cushion in the multisport has seemed to help Icebreaker find a happy medium as they are holding up well so far but are softer than normal. The sizing is pretty close to normal if not a smidge small. Also, the colorways are so-so, adequate for socks but wouldn't wear them to a wedding.

Happy Feet

Familiarity:

Very soft and comfortable socks. They are slightly thicker than what I typically use for exercise in summer, but they'll be great for every other season.

Confortable Socks.

I should have gone for something thinner. I was wanting a sock for running in the summer. These are super comfortable. But the cushion makes them a bit to warm for my hot feet. They also feel a bit narrow. But that may be because I'm used to wearing my barefoot sandals all the time. I'd say they run a little small. I'm a 12.5. Went with the XL and they fit perfect. XL is sized 13-14.5. I would not have liked the L which is what the chart says I would do.

These socks are super comfortable but they don't seem to give as much air flow as they claim.

Great sock

These socks are the perfect amount of comfort and slide inside the shoe. They seem to breathe very well and stay right in place.

No show socks tend to be a weird anomaly for me. I only wear them during the summer and I like my socks to be merino with a bit more thickness on the bottom than the top. Luckily enough, the Icebreaker Multisport Cushion Micro Sock definitely fits the bill as the coverage just below the ankle is enough to not have your skin rub against your low-cut shoes yet doesn't show very much. There's more cushion on the sole of the sock than on the upper foot so it feels a bit more comfy and absorbs more shock. I'm leaving one star out for the moment as I haven't washed them multiple times as of yet and I've had certain Icebreaker socks fail on me a bit after multiple washes. I'll update after I go through them a bit more but great so far.

Great socks!

Familiarity:
I've used it several times
Fit:
True to size

These socks feel great! Perfect for running, hiking, or everyday use. I never thought socks could offer "support" but the compression design really helps. These offer much more support than the old cotton socks I have been wearing for years. I would definitely purchase these again. As expected, IceBreaker made a quality product.

....and loved every step of the way! True to size and they were a perfect fit. Wore them trekking around Rome, through the trails in the Swiss Alps, the bush in Australia, and on to the glaciers of New Zealand....Money well spent!

Love these socks

Icebreaker is really starting to get their socks in order. Previous models I have felt that they break down quicker than other socks on the market. They are a ton more comfortable and seem to have a lot more integrity.

As far as activewear socks go, you can't get any better They fit very well, are comforable, don't hold odor, dry quickly, and are very thin/light while remaining durable through wear and wash

Super Comfy, Don't Stink

These are super comfortable, that extra underfoot padding is definitely noticeable. Have been using the same pair for a lot of cold weather cycling and they still have no odor. The obvious test, though, is to see how they hold up once it gets hot, but I feel pretty good that these guys will do just fine.
