Fantastic in the Arizona summer heat. Very light and cool. Not sure how they will hold up long-term, time will tell.

Ice-breaker a deal breaker for extreme hiking

I am about to attempt to walk the Camino de Santiago de Compostela this Fall in Northern Spain and need to travel light with only 2 changes of clothes, so the ice-breaker trunks I have are the perfect undergarment, durable, breathable and fast drying.

But I needed a workout shorts and shirt that don't need to be washed. This seems to be perfect. I suspect it might workout well in a pool too, but didn't try it. Fits true to size. Did not slip off.

Running shorts

These running shorts are beyond my expectations. As with most icebreaker gear they fit me just so darn well. In fact I just got off the treadmill and I am wearing them now. I love intelligent design and I love these. The gear pockets and the zip pocket-perfect. The feel next to my skin- lovely and dry. Can’t wait to wear them in the woods for running,but it is 2° and icy so I can wait for a few more days before I’m outside in these shorts.

Cool Lite Impulse Shorts

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Just slightly off in the sizing. Tight in the inner liner and loose in the waist. If I were to go a size up, the waist definitely wouldn't fit while the liner would. If I were to go down a size, the liner would be way to small but the waist would fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical on these shorts but that was misplaced skepticism. They fit true to size (I am an XL with 38” waist), and are so very comfortable. They will going on a long distance thru hike with me in the near future.
