Why We Like The icebreaker Hike Pants
Made with a blend of merino wool and organic cotton, the icebreaker Hike Pants keep us comfortable as we log our hiking miles or frequent flyer miles. These natural fibers moderate our moisture and temperature when we're on the trail, and they won't pollute our waterways with synthetic micro-plastics when we wash them. We also like the shorter length and snugger fit for a more modern look and feel than traditional hiking pants.

Sized way too small
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I have bought a myriad gear items on Backcountry and Steep&Cheep, and they were always sized properly until now. Size 34, or L, fits me across a number of different types and brands of pants bought here, including snowboarding pants, trekking pants, climbing jeans, rain pants, etc. However, these Icebreaker branded pants are sized ridiculously small, both in the hips width and inseam length. Icebreaker pants size 34 might fit my thin thirteen year old daughter, but she doesn't like the style, as the extra loose fabric around the knees make the pants appear frumpy.
