The alloy frame construction gets all the bells and whistles of its carbon counterpart without the eye-popping price tag to go along with it. 120mm of DW-link rear suspension gives us premium pedaling performance with a nearly bottomless feel on the descents and unreal amounts of traction to make climbing sections of slick rocks and roots a breeze. The 65.5-degree head tube angle is paired to a short 44mm offset fork to cruise through technical sections with precision, and the 76-degree seat tube angle places us directly over the pedals for a powerful pedaling position.

The Ripley AF SLX build is complete with wallet-friendly components that don't sacrifice performance on the trail. Shimano's reliable 12-speed SLX drivetrain takes care of the shifting duties smoothly and precisely while providing a massive gear range so we can keep the pedals turning even when the trail gets steep. A 130mm Fox Performance 34 fork assists in effortless navigation of rock gardens, while the Float DPS rear shock allows us to take hit after hit of rock abuse. A pair of bombproof 29-inch Blackbird Send wheels round out this feature-packed bike to keep us rolling even when the trail gets gnarlier than expected.
