Flex Lid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You replaced my Flex Sip lid & it STILL leaks w/ every sip! I'm convinced it is just a poor design. I would love it if you could replace it with just a "normal" lid like a Flip Lid. I purchased a 12 oz for my coffee & these Flex Sip lids are leaky & way too much maintenance.

Not a fan
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish the Flex Sip lid was for me but since I have to use 2 hands to open it, I don't care for it too much. Not good for driving in the car or during elliptical workouts or when bike riding. I had to purchase the other lid with the straw so i can open it with one hand.

New Lid.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mouth does not empty very will into my mouth. I seem to really have to tilt the cup back to get the HOT coffee to enter my mouth, and then it comes out too fast, and it burns me. But I do like the fact that it does not leak. Thanks.

Difficult to clean and put back together.

I took the lid apart to clean it, then screwed the top two pieces together first. Now I can't get the third piece back on and I can't unscrew the top two pieces. Is there a trick to this?

I am missing just a part of the wide mouth flex sip lid. I have the bottom piece and middle piece, but my purchase exluded the rubber part and the top part that is used to open and close sipping part of lid. I'd like to replace just the missing items
