Stays warm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love both 16 oz coffee mugs. I do miss the old flip lids. Much easier to clean and less leaking. The new lids drip on you as you drink from water/coffee stuck in lid.

IT'S OK. . .
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got a new car, so purchased this. The lid works MOST of the time, but the top is too much extra time taking apart, cleaning, drying, putting it back together = NOT WORTH IT, a regular lid will do.

We weren’t able to take
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We weren’t able to take the lid apart. I was given the large mug which I love and it goes golfing with me 3 times a week; but, when I was reloading it with water I lost the bottom part of the straw, any chance of getting a replacement?

Good and Bad
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's nothing wrong with the bottle - the quality deserves 5 stars. However, I asked for engraving and two things disappointed: 1. The print on the Agave color bottle does not present enough contrast and; 2. There were three words to engrave. Two were on the top line and the one word below it was not centered under the two above. That should be basic.

Temperature misleading

It says in the description that the 16oz is suitable for use with a small drink in a drive through, but typically mediums are 14oz max, sometimes even smaller, any reason for this ? I want the 16oz but typically I like to order a medium sized coffee
