Great purchase.

Disappointing. . . .
I had high hopes that this would be the perfect solution to bringing lunch to work and not need a microwave - however, it didn't keep my food hot or even really warm. I was afraid to eat something that had not been heated or refrigerated for a few hours, so I had to throw it out. Very disappointed with the inability to keep my soup warm - yes, I tried preheating it too. We've tried it a few times, and it just didn't work for us. They wouldn't refund my money for this set either which really disappointed me. The hydroflask water bottle is magnificent - so I expected great things from this as well. Just beware that you literally only have a couple of hours at the most to keep your food hot/warm. If that's all you need, then this is great.

I’m not a kid but I love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I eat oatmeal and yogurt every morning and this thing has been amazing for taking it to work and keeping it hot and cold. It keeps for a long time too. Recommend for snacks and breakfast! The colors are so cute too!

Great capsule but needs a lid redesign!
Works as intended and is great for hot or cold uses. Love that it is dishwasher safe unlike other insulated products. Down side is the lid has an EXTREMELY narrow gap that can’t really be cleaned. I had to soak mine in bleach to remove the strawberry odor from a DT at the beach with whole, ripe but NOT rotting strawberries. It would not release the stink without a little bleach water. Otherwise great. If Hydroflask addresses this problem with a new lid, i would buy a new lid to avoid that stink inconvenience. Who wants yesterday’s food odor to invade the next day’s meal even after a good dishwashing?
