    Great Reservoir!

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

This is a must have for hiking!! I wanted a new one and this one lived up to my expectations. It is just as good of quality as Camelbak or Osprey ones! It is easy to fill and close. I got the 3L, which holds plenty of water and is great for all adventures! I bought this for hiking and it has performed well with that! I have only used it a handful of times but so far I really like it. It is easy to drain and I let it dry out after. It fits well into hiking packs and I put it in an Osprey pack. This is a great reservoir!

    Great product!

I’ve had this about a year now and I love it. I use it 5 times a week for mountain biking and once a week for ski touring in the winter. It has held up extremely well. I always make sure to empty and hang it to dry after rides so it keeps the mold away.

nice upgrade from generic water bladders

I bought this as a gift for a friend - here's what he had to say:
All the bells and whistles. High quality with nice features such as the slide-seal top and "anti-sloshing" design. Awaiting more in-depth use to test with inline filtration.

The pimply teen grew up to be a model.

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

When it comes to water, I've used em all and I ditched em all once I got my hands on a hydroflask, and many are in that boat... but WOW! my my water bladder world, you grew up. You taste better, you look better, you can be high capacity when I need you to be, and you can be ever so slim when I I'd rather not carry a half full sloshin' sack of potatoes.

Keith actually gave me the 3 liter during a demo a while back, and I thought this would end up in the back-ups pile, but this has become my workhorse for just about everything . My hydroflasks get babied now and sit around waiting for desert jaunts where only they (and a zojirushi in the most extreme cases) keep water drinkable for a lot longer, where they'll have to wait for this beautiful bag to get emptied. Let me explain:

First, 3 liters in one easy to fill and drink bag is awesome. The bags are super tough, food grade TPU that can handle sticky drinks and being frozen - plus- being forced inside-out and washed and dried well, take that dromedary! The quick attach line and mouthpiece work great with little loss, and I plan on picking up the insulated line soon to mitigate the water bits before the cool bits. Once it gets hot, I'm planning on freezing half the bladder and enjoying cool water for hours on strenuous hikes.

The inside of the bladder has a rib that zips up for less capacity, but smaller volume - 3 liter big bag or 2.5 liter slim bag. I love this feature, and on it alone would get this since I'm always trying to keep optimal weight distribution and volume, I will say its not the easiest to use, but it's tougher than it looks and wont break if you're rough.

The bite vale works great, I started out locking it a lot to prevent spills, but after forgetting a few times, I trust it's not going make it rain in my pack.

The top clip is so smooth and you can invert the lip to make it rigid for filling, there's some indentations in the ridges to make that easy, a great feature!

This is such a solid piece, I'm ready to get back to the non SS insulated world for my watering needs. Definitely will be picking up some other offerings from hydrapak soon, got my eye on the squishy long neck running bottle!!! Email me if you have any questions!!!
