Pretty much the same as every other yoga mat I've ever used. With that said, I had no complaints with any of the other yoga mats I've used. Plus this one has pretty pictures on it

I got this as I was looking for a lightweight mat that I could use for yoga, it is definitely lightweight! the first few uses I actually slipped off, I had to break it in a few times before it got more grippy (is that a word?) It does smell of plastic pretty strong but it goes away after a while, all in all it's ok, not the most amazing mat ever but it gets the job done
