These shorts are really solid. They have just enough stretch that they are comfortable even when wet. I note that it may take some getting used to the lack of a button to tighten the waste. It is a lace to be tied up. But it works well. It is simply different. The color scheme and styling are unique, and I am a fan.

Super cool boardshorts from a super cool brand Howler Bros. Functionally, the shorts performed as advertised; however, one of the pocket grommet eyelets fell out after a summer of use. I realize this is a small thing and I did use this constant this summer, but it feels like this should not have been an issue. I am def willing to give Howler another shot. Love that they make 33" waist size

I was a little too ambitious ordering the 31" waist. These shorts look awesome and are a great material. I am going to keep them as a goal to work towards this summer. instead of ordering the 32".

Comfy, good looking board shorts. one thing I will mention is that you should not dry these in a dryer because the color will fade a bit. Be sure to line dry. I wish it came with a zipper pocket in the front but other than that I love them.
