These Shoes Saved My Shin Splints!!!

Prior to these shoes, I had awful shin splints. These saved them! I would say that's mainly due to the little or zero drop in these shoes. Zero drop puts less pressure on your shins when running. I'm obsessed with the Clifton One One Series. I've had the 5's, 6's, and now 7's! They are so comfortable on all lengths of runs. If you're looking for a comfy shoe that's easy on the legs and works well on all lengths of runs, this is your shoe hands down. Typically I'm an 8.5. A 9 fits me perfectly in this shoe.
