Great backpack for school

I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

My daughter has been using this backpack for almost a year now. It daily carrys about 10 pounds of textbooks and has held up very well. No tears at all. Not to mention, the straps are thick which makes it very comfy to carry around campus.

Okay, so what are the key features that make a piece of gear like a backpack awesome? Here are a few things that pop into mind; Comfort, Quality, and Style. The Herschel Supply Co. Classic BackPack checks off all three. Living in Yosemite Valley, especially during the winter, leads to always having a backpack on. Usually sporting a jacket, gloves, water bottle and laptop, I grab the Classic Pack all the time for bike rides, hikes, and life in the Park. I just recently took a trip back home to the East Coast and this pack was great to use as my carry-on at the airports, fitting perfect under seats or above-head storage. Some of the coolest things about the Classic Pack: -It's simple yet very stylish, the color (both inside and out) and design makes this stand out in a crowd. Herschel Supply has the inside fully lined with their signature coated cotton-poly fabric. -Air mesh straps provide great comfort and air flow, keeping you fresh while commuting to work or school. -The fit is very tailored and slim. Being taller then 6 foot and having friends a head shorter, the Classic Pack lays equal on all body types. Quality in the material, zippers, seams, shoulder straps, and simple design made this a very well liked and used backpack! *Update* After owning this pack for 8 months now, I am still super psyched on the quality and practicality of the Herschel Classic! A lifetime of use still ahead with this top ranking Lifestyle backpack!
