Awkward fit

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: L
  • Height: 6'5"
  • Weight: 235lbs

I describe the fit as simultaneously too tight and too loose. Waist is too big and thighs too tight. Doesn't stay up. No support. Also length is far too short barely comes past my knee. Spent an entire afternoon wearing these and regretting every minute of it.

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: m
  • Height: 5'6"
  • Weight: 165lbs

I have a very picky friend that I gave these to. He loves the weight/texture and length.

Cut down the bulk, kick up the comfort!!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Medium
  • Height: 5'6"
  • Weight: 160lbs

To start it should be noted that I have become obsessed with Merino baselayers over the last few years. Admittedly the 3/4 length is kind of a one-trick pony, and really only good for ski season. But man is it worth it if you have larger calves and need cut down on any bulk you have in your ski boots. These are definitely a welcome addition to my wardrobe, and the Lifa/Merino blend is a very soft while having just the right weight for a winter base layer. They seem true to size, not overly tight, although they have kind of a low rise, so if you have a bigger butt/athletic legs (like me) they may creep down a little on you at times, Just a tad on the "Euro -fit" side I would say.
