City park to hiking in the dark.
Whether it's a quick lunch break jaunt or an alpine traverse, Haglöfs' Vina 30 Backpack has the gumption to handle just about any single-day adventure you have in mind. Haglöfs built the Vina to incorporate its Airback suspension system, which delivers airflow to your sweat-saturated back and hips and helps prevent the ever-dreaded swamp-body blisters. A full-zip side entry provides quick access to extra layers when you hike through exposed, windy terrain. The Vina includes several large areas for stowing layers, snacks, and victory beverages, but also has dual-hip stashes for easy access to your map, headlamp, and safety kit, so you can keep the forward momentum going.

Good pack, but
I love the pack for its comfort. The back design does help a little more then the average for reducing sweat on your back. It stores more then enough for longish day hikes. I average around 10 miles per hike and it always has enough room. However, the first time I wore the pack it stained my shirt in multiple places! This only happened with one shirt, but that is still not ok. The second issue is the water bottle holder on the outside. While the angle is great for getting your bottle and not having to stretch, there is only one side pocket!!! There should be two!! I can easily drink two Nalgene bottles of water on a long hike and being able to balance both bottles on each side of the pack seems like a no brainer in development . Why only one pocket? In either case, I like the eco design features and I can still store water, rain gear, food, and other items withspace to spare. Plus Haglofs is usually on sale compared to say Patagonia. If they had added one more pocket I would have easily overlooked the stained shirt, but am continuing to use as it works for what I need
