A Lot For a Little

I've put it through the wringer

Quite a few useful and durable tools for a fair price. GSI is always killer and this isn't an exception. If you're picking up any other cooking supplies from them, or cook often while camping, I'd highly recommend snagging one of these. Killer!

I dig it

I've put it through the wringer

Pretty much everything you need in the field. The supplies won't last more than a few days or a few meals of spices and soap but having all of your utensils in one place is pretty clutch. The containers are waterproof even when chasing it down a river after tipping a canoe.

I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Was pretty skeptical of this at first, but everything works so well. Used the spatula and tongs while cooking bacon and eggs with my GSI Outdoors Bugaboo Backpacker Cookset on a two burner stove this past weekend and it was much better than I had anticipated. No problems with any of the utensils burning or melting. The containers for the olive oil, seasonings, and soap were great inclusions. I didn't realize I wanted those until I had them. Even the sponge and towel (shammy) are great additions instead of shoddy little pieces of fabric. Light weight enough that I could bring this backpacking if I really wanted, and extremely useful. If you like cooking meals when camping, definitely pick up this set. You won't be dissapointed!

The title says it all. This product is a good idea that falls short because it is not durable. The first time I had this out in the backcountry the Salt & Pepper shaker cracked. Now, I still use this kit and it is handy, but I just want people to know what they are getting. Many of these tools are very light and flimsy. I bought this when it was on sale. I would recommend this product if you can catch it on sale, but not at full price.

Sweet Kitchen Kit

Awesome kit to take camping. I love the spice shaker, it has 4 compartments to add different spices and it's waterproof! I have dish soap and olive oil on the squeeze bottles, which is really handy. I use the pad and scraper to wash my pan every time.

Nifty Set

This set contains a lot of items that are helpful in your camp kitchen, and it's great to have a self contained pouch. Not a recommend product for ultralight backpacking, but great for car camping or those not so concerned with taking up a bit of extra space and weight in their packs.
