Comfortable, heavy duty and recommended
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice jacket. Feels like it will hold up for a long time and is certainly heavy duty. The fabric is a bit stiff but, may loosen up with packing it around and wear. Very comfortable and fits true to size. Would recommend!

Best extreme weather jacket I have
I build commercial aluminum fishing boats. I just returned from a week in Alaska and our weather was rain and wind most of the time. I wore this jacket in an open sled, fishing boat, running up and down the rivers out of Bristol Bay with constant rain. I was always dry when I removed it. Very, very impressed with this jacket. I love the neoprene cuffs and the way the zippers work on the jacket, and dry pocket's. I highly recommend it.

Buoy X Gore-Tex jacket
The jacket and bibs look like they're going to last a long time and, although I've yet to test them in a downpour, I'm sure they'll do the job. The Extra Large size fits my 6' 210 frame perfectly.

Well thought out and delivering
I have worn various types of raingear for a very long time. Beginning as a commercial fisherman and then a guide for nearly 40 years on the Maine coast. I have come to rely on Grundens in that time but my new Bouy X rainsuit is the most well thought out set I have ever owned. Nice work! Of course it keeps me dry and keeps moisture from building up inside. I am looking forward to wearing this a lot for a long time!

Great jacket
Very nice breathable jacket. This jacket stops the wind very well and lets your perspiration out. It keep you very comfortable on a cool or wet day on the water.

The Best Jacket I've ever used outdoors
I was looking for a jacket that would keep me dry during the wettest days of ocean fishing and the Buoy X delivered just that! On our latest trip the ocean was exceptionally choppy and rlit rained the entire time. From the downpours to the lighter misting, the Buoy X kept me dry the entire time. The neoprene cuffs were amazing and kept water from entering my sleeves while reeling in Salmon. Comfortable and warm, this is THE jacket you need.

Solid Jacket
I lived in this jacket for a week on the Smith River. We had 4 days of blizzard like conditions and was dry and comfortable the entire time.
