Great update to the old model

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

Bought to replace my starter pack, I have the older model Zulu 30, which I also like. Pack weighs very little, yet can hold pretty heavy loads without too much discomfort. I wore on an overnight loop at BIBE and my load was 45lbs. It was heavy, but not painful. Below 35lbs the pack is great and fits like a dream. The adjustable shoulder/back straps are a great addition. I do have an issue with the hydration clip only working for the Gregory hydration bladder, but was able to get around the issue, I also have an issue with the waist buckle not staying fully closed, especially when I strap it tightly to my hips, but the clip hasn't failed yet, if all else I will just buy a replacement. The hip pockets are a good size, big enough for a multiple things. The brain is not easily removable, but does hold the rain cover. Bag is well made, and keeps things insulated.

Looks solid

Familiarity:
I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

Got this bag for my cousin to use on a trip to BC. Quality of material seems great for the price. Will update after extensive use.

Great Pack

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I like this pack a lot. I have taken it out for a few practice hikes loading it up with about 25lbs of gear and doing local Co Springs trails. Only complaint is the pockets on the hip strap are pretty small. Other than that this pack is pretty excellent.

Love This Pack

Got this pack for a 4 day hike in the GC. It was at 45% discount - probably an older model and I loved it right out of the box. Fast shipping helped too. Material felt durable. Loved all the storage and versatility. Loaded it up with all my gear and took it on a shakedown hike. The stitching in the main buckle for the hydration system came loose after the test. And I got a small pin hole in the mesh side pocket. Was able to get an RMA from Gregory but would be responsible for shipping. I needed the pack for the GC so I waited to return it. Day one on the hike I noticed another tear in the same mesh pocket. Just kinda bummed these pockets aren't more durable especially the outside pockets that are likely to make contact with all kinds of terrain. Pack is currently being repaired but I will eat any cost on whatever the 3rd party repairer deems outside of the warranty. 3 stars.
