Worked great

Bought one for backpacking. The outside bag helped protecting the bag during air travel. The bag is big and sturdy. Packing with cubes helped a lot. I would made the day bag just a little bigger. S

Nice bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pack. It is everything is said it was on the video I watched before buying it on line. I do however have 2 criticisms of the pack. The first is there is know way to secure the day pack to the main pack. I mean there is no way to lock it; no loops sowen in at the end of the attachment zipper, so I could be locked. It literally could just be unzipped and off it goes if you aren't keeping an eye out for it. The second is there is no luggage tag. I bought this pack mainly for traveling on planes and trains. The category under wich it was located on the website was a travel category. SO WHY IS THERE NO LUGGAGE TAG OR AN INFO WINDOW. That is a pretty common thing on all luggage nowadays. With the exception of these 2 things it is a great pack.

Perfect for travel

I'm always trying to balance having a light bag but also be able to take a lot, in the past this has meant that I get a small bag and end up trying to cram way too much in it. I decided to take the opposite approach and get a bag with plenty of capacity that I know I can utilize if I need it but that is still easy to haul if I don't fill it up. I tested the bag by putting my laundry in to take to the machine, I managed to carry two full loads in the main compartment, so I could easily go for weeks long trips with this if all I needed to take was clothing. I hadn't even used the external pouch that doubles as a day pack which is another feature I would find useful when traveling for the little things I might need handy while out and about away from a hotel room or camp site.

Great product, deceptive advertising

You advertised "Free Shipping' Then charged me $60 to ship it to Hawaii, one of the 50 United States. That sucks and prevents me from being a customer in future or recommending your company. We are sick of being screwed. Shipping to Hawaii is not that much $, and not going thru a distributor surely saves you enough to honor your headline ad.
