You’re prepared to spend all day long on the trail, and so is the Gregory Maya 10 Backpack. Whether you’re craving a rough mountain biking route or a long-distance trail run, the 610cu in capacity holds just enough gear so you have all the necessities without any added bulk. The main compartment fits your protein-filled lunch, while the quick-access waist belt pockets store your energy gummies and power bars. There are also external side and internal organizer pockets so you always know where your smaller items are, like your first aid kit and sunscreen.
The Maya 10 has a women's-specific BioSync suspension system with matching padded and adjustable shoulder straps, which hugs your torso comfortably and follows your every move. A hydration sleeve holds your water reservoir (sold separately) with external access for easy use, and it snakes the hydration tube over your shoulder with a convenient clip so you never miss a beat. This backpack also has a stretch front pocket with a bungee closure to store your rain jacket or helmet, and it has side compression straps when you want an ultralight excursion.

Could have been perfect
This pack could have been perfect but the mesh side pockets are too small. I can't even fit an 18oz water bottle or a Camelbak water bottle in the pockets. The side mesh pockets is one of the main reasons why I was interested in this pack. Only granola bars or snacks and other small items can fit in the side pockets. It had everything else that I was looking for in a daypack. I love the dove grey and teal colors. I already own a 28L Gregory but am looking for a smaller pack for shorter hikes. Bummed out.
