What do you think about this product?

I have an older version of the miwok 18 for men. It's always been too long in the torso - it looks like I needed the maya. I've worked my way up to low level ultras, 50k range. These are not sanctioned but for my own pleasure and sanity during the pandemic. (I just plod for hours at 10-11 min mile pace w a few breaks) Because of a lack of aid stations I need to carry more, hence a nimble day pack vs a trail running pack - I've been served well by my Raidlight. Of the options I view on your site, which pack(s) is best for a senior 5'4" woman of slight-but-fit build? (65yrs)
