3D Hydro Reservoir

Whoever said you can't have your cake and eat it too clearly never had the pleasure of experiencing hydration from the Gregory 3D Hydro Reservoir. Built to serve you as a soft bladder would, but with the easy-to-clean and easy-to-fill adaptability of a hard water bottle, the Hydro features a design that ensures you get the best of both worlds.

The Hydro is constructed with a soft-molded 3D shape that's self-supporting and prevents the bottom and top layers from folding in on themselves, which promotes a faster dry time and limits bacterial growth. A full-length baffle along the interior of the bladder discourages the reservoir from sloshing around as you run, hike, or mountain bike. Meanwhile, the crescent-shaped handgrip makes for an easy, spill-free filling experience, and the QuickDry Hanger provides effortless storage and drying once you're done for the day.

could be much better

I've put it through the wringer

Adding a disconnecting tube for easier refills, as well as a handle on the opening used to fill the reservoir would greatly improve this design. As it stands, you can't quite fill it all the way without spilling a bunch of water since you have to hold it from the top and apply pressure to screw the lid on, forcing water out. A handle underneath the opening (like camelbaks have) would easily solve that problem.

Loving the 3L!

I've used it several times

I’ve used 1.5L in the past but the 3L is a total game changer for longer hikes/objectives. Love it!

Great bang for your buck!

I've used it several times

Great reservoir for any kind of use, clean and very compatible for any pack. It has been great on several hikes and bike rides so far!

I've used it several times

I'm relatively unimpressed after using Hydropak, Camelbak, and Osprey reservoirs. Wanted to try something different, but I will be going back to Hydropak.

Great reservoir!

I've put it through the wringer

This is an awesome reservoir. Easy to fill and keep clean, and no weird plasticky taste. The bite valve took a minute to get the hang of, but have no issues on the trail with it. The 3L size fits in most packs in the daypack size range, and larger. I would think a smaller day/hiking pack would be a tougher fit for the 3L reservoir just because the size of the pack. To be safe, I would recommend the 3L for packs about 18-20L and up.

Best reservoir ever!

I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

easy to use and clean also super easy to dry, it's 3D design helps a lot when it comes to drying it. Highly recomended!

i like it

I like it better than my camel bag. I like the plastic reinforcement on the top and the screw lid

One review mentioned a "scew on lid"? I hope this isn't the same as the Camelbak Antidote which is a "quarter turn" think which doesn't seal well and seeps water when being squeezed as inside a loaded backpack with compression straps tightened???
