HERO5 Session

Packing all the best features of the HERO5 Black into an ultra-portable cube, the GoPro HERO5 Session is part of GoPro's latest generation of portable action cameras. This tiny action camera offers a compact solution for athletes and adventurers seeking a non-invasive method for capturing outdoor activities and travel. Capable of shooting in 4K at 30 frames per second (fps), the HERO5 Session represents a major upgrade in video quality over the previous Session. Photography is better than ever, capturing 10 megapixel photos in single, burst, and time-lapse sequences.

As with the previous generation, intuitive one-button operation makes capturing mind-blowing footage incredibly easy. Voice activation is one of the best new features, allowing for hands-free operation during fast activities. Another big upgrade is the advanced image stabilization (achieved by processor), which enables buttery-smooth video playback. This feature is especially important during action sports, which often cause jittery playback when image stabilization isn't present. Sound quality is also improved, thanks to the advanced wind noise reduction.

Creating an easier shooting and uploading experience, the HERO5 Session is WiFi and Bluetooth enabled, allowing you to wirelessly communicate with phones and tablets running the GoPro app. There's also the option to automatically upload your footage to the GoPro Plus cloud-based service (separate subscription required). The HERO5 Session comes with a standard mounting frame with buckle, two adhesive mounts, and USB cable. Please note, you'll need a microSD card (not included) for saving your video footage and images.
