One of my favorite trail breakfasts

I always make sure to have one of these in my pack/kit when we’re backpacking/camping. Filling, tasty, and usually some leftover to have as a mid morning snack. If you’re used to Quaker Oats from the little packets, you will be rudely (or maybe pleasantly) surprised by the whole-grain taste and texture of this healthy and satisfying meal. Also try the herbed mushroom risotto. I don’t even like mushrooms and this is one of my favorites.

Great Meals While at Kings Peak

I've put it through the wringer

I snagged a couple of these Good To-Go meals for a backpacking trip to Kings Peak here in the Uinta Mountain Range of Utah. I loved them! Really tasty flavors and healthier ingredients are what set Good To-Go meals apart from some others for me. I'll definitely be taking more of their meals on future adventures : )

Awesome for a quick trail breakfast

I've used it several times

I thought this was a pretty tasty trail breakfast. It can be served cold or hot. It was waaay more filling than I expected a cereal to be and kept me fueled all morning. Very chewy because of all the oats/nuts/dried fruits but super tasty so I didn't mind giving my jaw a workout.

Not a fan

I need to stop trying to eat anything dehydrated for breakfast.

Not bad

I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

The dinners have been much better in my opinion than the breakfasts. They aren't bad, just nothing spectacular. They do the job.
