So delicious!

I ate the entire bag of gumbo at the end of a long hike in the rain under my tent vestibule, and it revitalized and re-energized me immediately with its aroma, texture, and flavor. I annoyed my hiking party by constantly commenting on how good the gumbo was last night! It makes a very large portion and is great for sharing. It’s pricey, but it is a great value for making a warm, filling meal at the end of a long day for two people.

Great Gumbo

The okra holds up and really makes this togo dish tasty. Beware, it is very spicy. Still, I will buy again!

Great meal in the backcountry. Good flavor and a little spicy. Certainly not a bland backpacking meal. Also I find that Good to Go meals more filling than other dehydrated or freeze dried meals. I would say these provide you with a true 2 servings.

Pretty Good
