Step into the light.
Illuminate your campsite with the practically pocket-sized Goal Zero Light-A-Life 350. This compact lantern stores small and expands when you're ready to use it, and it fits easily in your pack. Dual modes allow you to either use it as a lantern that widely disperses general light or an area light setting that's more focused for things like cooking. An attached carabiner makes it easy to hang up in your tent, from a tree, or in your backyard, and it powers quickly from your Goal Zero Power Pack or Solar Generator so it's charged and ready to go by the time the sun goes down.

Love it...but check your power supply
I haven't camped with mine yet (I have two) but have run them in the basement. My Goal Zero Sherpa 50+ ran the two of them at low light setting for about 14 hours straight. Even at the low setting they throw off a lot of light. Cords were super easy to unwind but more importantly easy to get back to the way they were when it was new! They are a bit large for backpacking and combined with the power supply they may be more weight than you want to carry. I bought them for car and boat camping with the family so they'll be perfect. By the way, I have the Lighthouse Micro for backpacking...another home run for Goal Zero...AWESOME! Ok so why not 5 stars? I read the specs and looked at the weight and size and thought they'd be perfect powered with my Goal Zero Venture 30...Nope, not compatible. I don't want to have to dig too deep to figure out what I need to run these. I ended up buying the Sherpa 50 to run them and am thrilled that I did cause the Sherpa 50 is AWESOME...but right up front it should be explicitly stated what will/wont power these things so other (less than observant people like me) will know what they're getting into without having to research it. Keep up the good work Goal Zero and thank you BackCountry for the good price and great support!

These little lights are awesome. There are two different brightness settings as well as the ability to set them up as lanterns or as spotlights. The cord is stored on the inside of the light when they are not in use which keeps them free from tangles. I paired mine with a Sherpa 100 which has no problem running two lights for about 48 hours.

Parents Loved It
Gives off plenty of light for a pop-up camper when trying to get off grid.

Goal Zero Light-A-Life 350
I pair these with my Yeti 400 at baseglamp. I have a love/hate relationship with the cord. It does come in handy for stringing up to an overhead tree branch at times, but usually I prefer cord-free lighting from my GoalZero Lighthouse Lantern. That being said, if you know that you will consistently have a power source at basecamp (Yeti Generator or Sherpa Battery), this is a solid choice. You'll be hard pressed to find a brighter light with the same durability and reliability for $40. On the low setting the light draws about 1 Watt. On the high setting the light draws bout 4 Watts.

Pairs great with any of the sherpa packs
I bought 2 of these to use with my sherpa 100 and they light up the campsite amazingly! Love to use them when we cook, and in the tent. Highly recommend!
