    Portable power for extended adventures.

Pre-charge the Goal Zero Flip 20 Recharger before setting out on your next adventure for pocket-sized backup power. It has a USB output and input so you can charge it with a USB cable from a wall outlet, computer, or solar panel, and then use it to charge your phone and other small electronics when you're in the field. It fully charges from a USB source in four hours, and it takes about seven to ten hours to charge it if you're already out in the wilderness and using your Goal Zero Nomad 7 Solar Panel to recharge.

    Great Battery Backup

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I've brought this portable charger on a bunch of multi-day trips for my phone that always seems to die after an hour in the cold. It charged my phone 4 times on one charge. A great battery backup in a tiny package.

    Solid

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

One complaint would be that the USB and the weight of this make it difficult to charge from any where but your computer. Other than that it works well for charging phones and small electronics.

    Does the job!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Great power pack for those long camping trips. I bring this charger with me on all my trips and it has never let me down! Charges my iPhone 6s fully up to 3 times on one single charge. It does the job, even on really cold nights!

    Modern Day Lifesaver

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Fantastic for international travel. No more worries that your phone will die while you're out adventuring. Holds its charge really well, plus small and discreet to fit into any bag. This is a great product!

    Travel Necessity

I take this with me almost everywhere if I know I am going to be out and about and using phone battery. This thing comes with me on all my trips as well. It is easy to throw in a bag and have on hand to ensure you won't have a dead phone battery by the end of the day.

      Kit Essential

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I love my flip 20 recharger. I carry it with me in my backpack always for those dead-phone emergencies. Its also great for anything else that charges via USB - there's a significant amount of power for a full phone charge plus whatever other devices you may need to charge. All in all, I'd say this little guy has enough power for a full 2-3 phone charges on my iPhone 6s Plus.

My emergency battery for long adventures

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This goal zero portable battery is perfect for long adventures in the backcountry when a power source wont be available for a few days. It holds a couple phone batteries worth of charge at full charge.

      Legit charger!

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Perfect charger for a longer trip out in the wilderness. Compact, durable and Goal Zero built this to spec as it will charge a phone twice, or a watch 3-4 times.

      Pretty solid charger

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I took this on a trip to havasupai, it was a bit heaver than i would want but helped charge my phone multiple times. super nice to have and very durable through dirt and water.

Slightly Expensive But Built to Last

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

We have been using this thing for a while now and and put it through some pretty serious abuse. It has been all over the world with me and still works like a charm. Its the perfect size and easily packable regardless of your destination. Unlike many other (cheaper) chargers, this thing is built to last and you will notice the quality as soon as you take it out of the packaging. Although it is definitely a bit expensive compared to the competition, we still love this thing. We did a full review with more pictures here:

Slightly Expensive But Built to Last

      Keeps my stuff charged!

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Great size and ease of use. I have had great luck with Goal Zero product over the past few years and this is no exception. Quality is high and this does everything that it needs to very well.

      Great charging pack

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I utilize this in conjunction with a small solar panel to keep my phone and batts charged. This pack takes a trickle charge well, versus trying to trickle charge your phone. I can get a good two full charges on my iphone 7 out of this battery pack.

      Bought a replacement

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

So these thing tend to grow legs and walk away if you are not paying attention to them. they are that good. Saved my life in France whist I was touring about and also is just the best to have when travelling in general.

      Always a Goal Zero Fan

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Already have the Venture 30 and needed something a little more lightweight and smaller for those day trips up the mountain to ski or MTN Bike. This is perfect for that. You get two full charges on most phones which is plenty to keep it tracking your stats all day.

      Mo' Powers

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have a few Flip 10s and love them, but I wanted something a little more for overnight backpacking or bikepacking trips so I could rely on a quick charge if I ran out. Now that I have the 20, I find myself rarely bringing my Nomad solar panel as typically I found myself only needing to charge my phone once or twice on a couple day trip if i was diligent about airplane mode and not taking all the photogs. This is a great lil device and goes on all the travels with me now.

Recently I have kept it in the frame bag on my bike to keep my rechargeable headlamp or headlight charged up. Who needs batteries these days; recharge it up!

      for festivals and backpacking

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Don't let you phone + camera battery die on you again when you're out in the thick of it miles, possibly days from a plug. It weighs as much as a sleeve of oreos, if that! I used my recharger on the Everest Base Camp trek and it was great! My phone was in airplane mode most of the time and being able to pay for this puppy to re-up power I got more than 1 charge out of it. Let me know if you have any questions!
