Poor Goal Zero Customer Support

Familiarity:: I've used it several times

Ordered a name brand thinking the quality would be better. Thankfully I went with a major competitor of theirs for the battery (which works perfectly). The panels work great and seem to be of high quality. The solar controller failed and has never worked. Followed instructions and contacted Goal Zero directly and zippo, nada, nothing. Take your chances with Goal Zero products - but, from my experience, when/if they fail you are on your own. Hopefully Back Country will make it right. In the mean time I'll be buying Goal Zero's competitors & likely getting products that work. 2 stars due to the panels working. 1 Star for the solar controller (it happens) and customer service.
