We measured my head multiple times to ensure I ordered the proper helmet. It fit approximately one to two inches tiny relative to the circumference the site noted as the measurement for the helmet. It's amazingly awful on the fit. I'm now frustrated about having to pay the return fee even though I attempted to cover my bases properly. The helmet looks good and it felt soft even though I couldn't pull it over my ears. It's highly disappointing all around for Backcountry with its return policy for manufacturers that have poor fit guides and 1000% shame on Giro
