Girodana dials in the classic fit with a balance between light compression and flexibility that doesn't restrict range of motion, so you find support on key muscle groups while maintaining the freedom of movement you need for putting the power down on the pedals. Panels of smooth microfiber wrap your front, rear, and legs to insulate you when the temperatures start to dip, keeping you comfortable in the shoulder seasons. The microfiber fabric is ultra-soft against your skin, and wicks moisture away from you, keeping you drier, so you big climbs that get you sweating don't leave you damp for a cold descent. The back of the knees are hit with fine mesh that elevates the breathability as well, letting cool air in and sweat out where it's needed the most.
The core of this knicker is undoubtedly the chamois, which sets you up for a supportive ride. Giordana employs the Cirro S-W chamois for this knicker, which uses layers of microfiber and memory foam to dampen vibrations from the road and smooth out the ride. The top layer is infused with Aloe Vera, designed to cool, protect and promote healing while in the saddle. At the bottom, the leg cuffs are a full 4.5-centimeters wide, with woven elastic to ensure that your legs won't be slipping around when you pedal along.

Very comfy for long rides
- I've used it several times
- True to size
I bought these to replace an older pair of Silverline knickers. I like these much better than the old ones - the fabric provides better compression while maintaining breathability. The fit is true to size. The chamois is very comfortable for the 40 - 60 mile rides that I do regularly. I purchased the ones with pink trim. The trim on the legband is great, as it provides good visibility on the road. It is more of an orangey-reddish pink than a true pink however. There is also a separate layer of pink fabric at the waist, which ends up covered by my jerseys, and which I could do without because it rolls in front when I lean forward on the bike.
