Specifically designed to help you stay dry and insulated in cold weather, Giordana constructs the tight from its renowned Roubaix fabric and its cut in a form-fitting, cycling-specific silhouette that feels just right when in the saddle and reaching for the bars. It's also exceptionally stretchy and sits close to the skin with its soft brushed finish, enveloping your hard working muscles with body heat while managing moisture and maintaining breathability so you don't overheat. Even the bib straps receive Super Roubaix-like material for maximum heat retention to keep your core toasty. At the front of the tight, an internal lining improves its wind resistance which is especially helpful during blustery conditions.

On top of the Roubaix material is a Blizzard AquaZero exterior that's infused with a water-resistant Acqua Zero Eco treatment, helping to repel precipitation and wind as you ride letting the Roubaix material continue to insulate, even if a sudden storm or soaked roads try to hamper your forward progress. What really impresses us about the tight is its ability to keep us warm on the coldest starts while still offering temperature management as the day warms up or when hitting the climbs and descents. And while cold, rainy days are usually accompanied by reduced lighting, thankfully Giordana employs its highly reflective Pixel panels along the lower legs to help improve visibility as a spinning movement should help to capture the attention of motorists and if that’s not enough, additional reflective logos on the side of both legs should help too. Zippered cuffs make getting dressed and undressed a simple endeavor even when donning thick, winter socks, and Giordana's capable Cirro S Chamois adds anatomically correct support and breathable cushioning as you log mileage during those character-building months that will pay dividends when the racing begins.
