Gorgeous hat

This is a stellar hat - I ordered the brown in a s/m and it fits wonderfully and looks beautiful when paired with a black leather band. My complaint is that is was poorly shipped and arrived bent/warped, which is quite disappointing. Not sure why Backcountry would ship this in a bag - it's nearly $100! A bag doesn't provide it with ANY amount of support, rendering damage during shipment unavoidable. The hat really gets 10 stars, Backcountry gets 1 for poor shipment execution.

Very Cute

Familiarity:: I returned this product before using it

The hat itself was very cute, however it arrived bent on both sides. I think it was shipped in a box that was too small. So I returned it.
