For shoulder pain...

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I was riding on 44 cm bars for years and was having shoulder pain after 3 hour rides. So i made the change to the FSA 40 cm bars after reading about this issue. They have worked out great for me just needed a longer stem due to shorter reach then my previous bars. One thing to note , at the hoods these measure more like 38 cm. Was not a problem since i just turned out the hoods 1 cm, would be nice if they had measurement lines to place the brake levers easier. The bottom of drops are about 42 cm , very comfortable.

Nice Handlebar

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I picked this up for my cross bike and like it. It's stiff, light and I like the drop. Good purchase.

Just About Perfect

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I really like the shape and drop of these bars. I would like to see a 70mm reach option, and setting lines for left and right lever placement would simplify setup.

Great Value

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

As far a as bars go, these are a very good design, you can't go wrong with these compact drops. They offer many grip positions when paired with hoods and I like that the ends of the bars are long enough for those of us with long torsos to utilize a sprint position with a long stem.

Great Bar!

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

This bar is perfect! Would I love a carbon bar? Sure, but for 10 grams less, quadruple the price and to snap it in a crash? No thanks. The shallow drop is great and comfortable and gives me perfect angle for sprints. Can't go wrong here!

I currently have these bars; they were my first competition level bar from years ago. I've since gone thru several top-shelf carbon bars, but came back to these because they offer the best hand / level position for me. My question is: Which of FSA's carbon bars has the same bend / configuration? I GREATLY prefer the damping characteristics of carbon, vs double-wrapping alloy bars.

Hey Sam! The SL-K carbon bar has the exact same dimensions as the Omega. Go check it out! https://www.competitivecyclist.com/fsa-sl-k-compact-handlebar?s=a

Is the Drop and Reach swapped by accident in this description? (seems like it should be 125 / 80 respectively, not vice versa)
