Falling Apart
It started falling apart in a mater of a couple months. When reached out to Frye they made it clear there was no help they would provide beyond telling me to take it to a repair shop. Terrible quality an support.

Love the bag, but it?s narrow

- I returned this product before using it
This bag would be just the right size except I didn?t realize it?s only an inch wide! I ended up returning it for the Melissa Zip Crossbody that is bigger overall, and a little bit wider. This one just didn?t quite fit all the things I want to carry on a typical day. The pine green is beautiful and of course the craftsmanship is awesome, it?s a Frye!
