Make Bigger Bags

I have 3 of your bags (not backpacks) which are great for most situations. However, I'd like you to make some larger 5" inch deep traditional brief cases and even some catelog cases on wheels. When I go to Federal Court I have to bring along 2-3 three (3") inch binders, the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, and several legal pads . Larger cases would be great!!!

HARDWARE COLOR WRONG

Buckles/Hardware color is not as advertised, it's a real dark brown color. Bag is 5 star beautiful and I love it, but I wanted the gold antique buckles as advertised.

Sweet

I was gifted the messenger bag, but we were unhappy with the strength of the magnets, and wanted something a little bit bigger. The Logan Top Handle saved the day. It is the right size for me—it holds my laptop (Macbook Air), a spiral notebook, a planner, and a book with ease. It's even got a designated laptop area. I also think I could fit a pair of gym shorts and a shirt in there, and it's constructed in such a way that it doesn't lose it's shape. I like the buckles at the bottom more, too. The strap on the messenger bag was nice and wide, while the strap on this one is thin, and I found the wide one to be more comfortable on my shoulder. However, I needed the room to carry more stuff, and this does so with ease and without looking bulky.

Do not buy this bag!

They will not stand behind it. Customer care is the worst.

Beautiful Bag, Straps Falloff/leather Gives out

I used this for my daily work/commuting bag for just under a year, then one side of the bag, where the shoulder strap attaches, ripped out of the bag/the leather fell apart. Then after a month of using the top handle. it fell out. Disappointing as it was expensive and is a nice looking bag. Even though it was an obvious design flaw/manufacture defect, was told by company they wouldn't fix/replace.

A workhorse!

I have used this bag for over 30 years, it’s a great computer bag even though I purchased it long before we all started carrying computers! It’s worn to a beautiful patina and tolerated world travel without complaint. I even landed a client once because of this bag. He.said “ anyone with a briefcase that worn out must be good at this”!

Broke in 3 different places after 1.5 years

I bought this bag and loved it for just over a year and then I started having all sorts of problems. First the top part of the bag broke and it looked ridiculous holding it. Then the clasp broke so I couldn’t close it. Finally the hardware holding the over the shoulder strap broke also and I dropped it with my computer inside. Frye’s warranty only covered the first year. So so disappointed and never buying anything from here again.

Poor quality for the cost

I purchased this bag expecting excellent quality like my other Frye products, but within a few months there was a loose attachment string. I’ve contacted customer support, but haven’t heard back. Thus far I would not recommend this bag for everyday use.

Would not purchase again

Expected quality given the cost. But within a few months there were loose threads. Not for everyday use. My original review was deleted from the site, it was one star. Apparently, that is not allowed.

Brilliant bag, top handle weakest point

I've had this bag for about 5 years, stopped using it after about 2 years, as the handle started to break. Other than that, it is a lovely bag suited to daily commute/travel. I've kept the bag still, and will likely get the handle repaired at some point.
